  1. Place a large pot with water on to the boil with a good pinch of salt.
  2. Blanch broccolini in boiling water for 2 to 3mins until soft, remove and cool down.
  3. Cook pasta as per packet directions in broccolini water.
  4. Place basil, half of broccolini, garlic, cashews, cheese and small amount of oil into a food processor and blend until smooth and well combined. If needed add more olive oil to combine.
  5. Once pasta is cooked strain and add coconut cream, broccolini puree and blanched broccolini.
  6. Mix together and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Sprinkle over chilli, to serve.
